REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BECOMING A INSTRUCTOR WITH NMCA 
_State Professional Registered Nurse License    
_Two years’ experience teaching any of the following allied health courses nurse’s aide, patient care technician, phlebotomy technician, ekg technician, medical assistant, iv technician.
Must be a AHA Certified CPR Instructor
_Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
_Ability to perform physical work with patients and students in a clinical setting.
_Ability to lift at least 20 Lb
_Ability to work nights and weekends if required
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1) Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing
2) Experience working with allied healthcare teaching programs

1) Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
2) Excellent organizational skills
3) Skilled in teaching adult learners
4) Willingness to work on a flexible schedule to meet educational requirements
5) Possess strong interpersonal skills

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES
The position reports to the Program Director for the CME seminars.
